Your brand's visual canon, captured in a place that belongs to you

Imagery made by AI drifts. The little star in the hair disappears, the owl loses its grey lock, the rabbit suddenly wears a different expression. Not because somebody made a mistake, but because a generative model follows instructions only partly and fills in the rest itself.

VSI Art Director fixes that by taking the knowledge about your brand out of a chat history and storing it as managed data. Characters, drawing styles, recurring worlds and props each get a dossier with mandatory traits, forbidden deviations, proportions and reference images. For every request the application assembles the full instruction itself, so a human cannot forget anything.

What the application does

• The canon is the source of truth, not the prompt. You choose who is in the picture; the application adds the complete, current description.
• Model independent. The canon is stored in a neutral form and only translated at generation time into what the chosen model understands. Adding a new model is an administrative act, not a rebuild.
• Every image is checked. For each mandatory trait a vision model is asked the stored check question, before a human looks at it. Alongside that run the cheap checks that need no AI at all: palette, brightness, dimensions, text in the image and near-duplicates.
• No image is released without a human. Automatic checking may reject and warn; approving is always done by a person holding the Art Director role.
• Everything is traceable. For every image it is recorded which model, which canon version, which references, which settings, who requested it, who approved it and what it cost.

More than single images

A brand is rarely one application. App illustrations, animations, website, web shop, merchandising and tech packs belong together and have to look like a family. The library holds all of it, searchable, with versions, feedback and approval status, arranged in a category tree of unlimited depth.
